Especially when installing it into a $500 custom base unit. So with that said, I had to sand down the front supporting cross-member and the sides of the base because the sink was larger than the specs.Not a huge deal but it did take an extra 2 hours to get everything perfect. Time is money!!!Last small issue was the super cool branding sticker was off center of the sink. When you pay this much for a nice sink, you would think someone would know how to apply a freak'n sticker!One last thing... the www site says that you can install a garbage disposal with no issues... Right. I have a Waste King 9980, it has two collars that make the attachment. The sink exit hole is a bit thicker than a stainless steel sink. So, I spent a couple hours trying my hardest to get it installed. It is too 'thick'. I appreciate the thickness and quality of the sink but come on guys.. I should not have to spend so much time trying to do something so simple!I would love to call the company but the only way you can contact them is to go to the www site and fill out a form.
