The thickness is standard for the price. The fabric is soft, durable, and drapable . I recommend that you be a somewhat experienced sewer, this fabric will move a lot, I am use to working with delicate fabrics like satin and silk so it was not that challenging nevertheless you just have to take your time when cutting, sewing and pinning. Overall I highly this fabric. I’m ordering 2 more yards to finish design.
