This book was so helpful and informative and I saw signs of improvement once I tweaked feeds etc. Also the weaning side of it really helped. I started weaning my baby and the reflux seemed to be worse and constipation was an issue. I revisited this book and cut out certain foods that were on Aine’s foods to avoid and we instantly saw results. In the early weeks of my daughter being born I spend many sleep deprived hours trawling the internet for answers...I knew something wasn’t right with my little girl but nobody would listen. Back and forth to the drs, trips to A&E...I was even told by one doctor (who didn’t even look at my daughter) that she was teething (she was 5 weeks old at this point)!! Anyway, on one of my frantic searches I came across Aine’s book and I can honestly say it had a huge impact, not only on my daughter (as I was finally able establish what was going on) but on my mental health also! Finally, I had some answers. I was able to go back to my doctors and firmly say what I thought the issue was - my daughter had a milk allergy that was causing her reflux.
