Excellent product . ### ⭐ No audio and no help. *by M***R on December 11, 2024* Bought for my 2016 Veloster as the OEM touch screen was shot. Wasn’t able to get my radio out for a while, so RIP my hopes of returning when I found it to have no audio on install, and barely anything for instructions. Not sure why or how, but the unit basically bricked itself after attempting to power on, running some kind of diagnostic that would never end, and even decided to turn on when the vehicle was completely off. I’ve installed radios before, even have education with automotive wiring, but this product was nothing but manufactured e-waste. Customer service doesn’t exist, you’re on your own.
