Then few months ago, they changed something. Now the coffee leak all over the counter and the flavor is different. The last time this happened we thought we just got a bad batch so we didn't order for a while. Then after a couple of months, I thought they may have refreshed the batch so we ordered again. bad mistake. They are the same. Still leaks every time. I think the more hot water leak more than coffee. We've tested with other company's pods so we know it's not the machine.Amazon customer service said that they are not returnable and told us to contact manufacturer. Amazon should CLEARLY mention that this is not returnable no matter what. even if they are defective.I don't think we will ever order from the same company or brands. ### ⭐⭐ Pressogno Changed Pod Format - Went from A+ to F (SO bummed) *by G***T on Reviewed in the United States on September 28, 2019* We've ordered Pressogno pods 10x now (a total of around 1200 pods) - we LOVE(d) them! I've not found a generic (non Nespresso brand) with a better balance of brewing and taste. Until today. We received our double order (120 pods) and as soon as I opened the first batch, I could tell the pod changed. The bottom (smaller side) is no longer foil, but some kind of foil/plastic. The first one through our Inissia failed to brew more than 50% of the normal cup size. Second one...same thing. I reprogrammed the machine for size and that didn't help as the machine struggled and at one point quit flowing alltogether. We have another brand of machine as well and it failed to brew as well. Total fail. I'm bummed that a) these cannot be returned and b) I now have to find another go-to brand. This was the "Forte" - not sure if the other flavors are impacted, but I'm not going to experiment to find out. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good robust coffee from my Inissia! *by H***2 on Reviewed in the United States on October 14, 2018* I've been buying the Fair Trade Pressogno (blue boxes) for almost a year and really like them. They aren't available at this time so I bought the Forte (red boxes) and find it quite tasty and robust. The Pressogno in the green boxes is more mild--not a criticism--sometimes you want medium blend coffee.I'm puzzled by the posts about bursting pods or problems in the Inissia. I find the Pressogno pods work BETTER than the original Nespresso and other pods in my Inissia because they're sealed with foil on the bottom and top.
