I have mild blepharitis that can flare up from time to time, which is why I chose this product - my eyelids can be very sensitive. I was always taught by my Mum, that you should treat your delicate eye area with respect. That you should never drag on the skin or use anything harsh. This product is, I'm sure, as it says - a gentle product (from an ingredients point of view). It couldn't be less sensitive, however, from a usage point of view. There is no way that you could remove even a speck of mascara with just the (recommended) 3-4 drops on a cotton pad, the product is simply absorbed into the pad and then useless. With a full pipette (around 15 drops), I am still unable, without dragging a cotton pad repeatedly and fiercely across my eyes, to remove my mascara. I wear virtually no makeup, just a basic oil & water-soluble mascara. If I wanted to remove my eye make up with this product, without dragging cotton pads (hard) repeatedly over my skin, I'd have to saturate the pad with nearly 1/3 bottle of this stuff to remove it. Absolute waste of (quite a lot of) money - it might alleviate one skin condition, but it certainly exacerbates another (aging).
