I just want to comment that some of the people that reviewed the bar negatively due to the sugar content if you look at it says 2:1 carb to protein ratio so they aren't marketing this as strictly a protein bar but an energy bar with protein to help fuel you throughout your day and has protein to help with your workouts. I was aware of the sugar content and I was just really happy to find an energy/protein bar that tasted great. I bought 6 different protein bars and sadly none of them tasted very good except for this one. I can't believe I am allergic to it :( I still eat small portions here and there because I really like it but can't eat very much for the stomach issues due to the sensitivity.
