Package came in a timely matter and everything was securely placed in the box.. When I was unboxing this, I was pleasantly surprised to see there were two ways to use this. There is a strong clamp to attach to my vent or a suction cup for my dash.. I went with the vent clip for now. The wireless charge does go through my otter box case on my Samsung 7. It is a quick charge which is also a bonus.. On a whim, I decided to complain to them. They were so kind and promptly sent me a brand new one! After receiving the new one, I saw a screw had been faulty from the begining on my first charger.
