**Q: Where is the product produced?**
A: Label says produced by Acetaia Catanni Casa del Balsamico Modenese S.r.l.Via Emilia Este, 1741, Modena, Italy. Imported by the Rogers Collection.

**Q: Anyone tried both acetaia cattani and acetaia dodi?  any difference in age, taste, viscosity?**
A: The consistency is slightly different but the Olivewood is thick and rich I have not noticed much difference in the quality of the taste especially for the price being significantly cheaper:)

**Q: How many years is this aged?**
A: I checked their website and it is 8 years. However, I have paid 3 times the price for 20 and 25 year balsamic. This balsamic is THE BEST. I use it on salads, tomatoes,  veggies, vanilla ice cream, pears, etc. The consistency is perfect and the taste is awesome. Do yourself a favor and get a small bottle to try and you will be hooked. Enjoy!

**Q: nutritional info please?  Sugar?  Carbs?**
A: I cannot find that information:/ I know that there is no added sugar. Typically there is approximately 8 carbohydrates at the most per tablespoon of balsamic vinegar.
