I don’t understand why lip products need to smell like strong perfume anyways. My lips get irritated and burn when this lip stain is applied and for a while after it’s removed. They look and feel sunburned or like I was licking them all day long, but thankfully it doesn’t last very long. Looking at the reviews and seeing others having problems with blistering and it worries me. I’ve never had a reaction to any lip products my entire life. The top photo is about 15 minutes after taking the stain off, I left it on for 1.5 minutes until it was dry then wiped it off with a cold damp towel, I did not exfoliate before. The second photo is about 30 minutes after the first photo, I didn’t do anything else to my lips in that time. It doesn’t dry my lips out and the stain lasts me all day after applying it once, I can still even see it on the outline of my lips the next morning. Lovely is very similar to my lip color just slightly more brown and a tad darker but it looks very natural on me.
