I bought it as a gag gift. If you are crafty you could just make them yourself with old sunglasses. They appear plastic in the photo but are super cheap cardboard in real life. They are also pretty small. Maybe they're meant for kids but I could barely get the arms behind my ears. For same price, you can get multiple other products with actual plastic rims. They're cheaper than most throw away 3-D glasses.
