If I had bought it directly from the manufacturer I would probably been happy with it. The seat itself is well made, I ordered a deluxe because I wanted a wider seat and it is wide enough for comfort. It is very, very light. I would have found no problems however, the supplier sent me a used seat which was broken, soiled and stained ! It also had an invoice inside from another customer with their personal contact info on (data protection !!??). On this invoice they stated they were returned because of a faulty seat which kept unfolding. I tested it and I was horrified when I realised the supplier had just sent out the same soiled and FAULTY seat ! I rang the supplier and explained. I was offered a replacement, and I would have liked one (I was happy with the product ) but I didn't want to give the supplier my business after such bad service. From then on there were weeks of non communication from the supplier, despite my numerous attempts via tel and email. Finally weeks later the seat was collected and I received a full refund. To sum up: a huge disappointment I wanted to keep the seat but not a broken/soiled one ! I would recommend the seat fully if it was bought director tly from Linden or via a different supplier than I used. The seat is a lot of money and i tried to save money by buying thru a cheaper seller. I still do not have a seat because I felt all the other makes looked poor quality. Bought due to a slipped disc and wanting to continue walking my dog. needed to sit every 5mins stop pain in leg being unbearable. however reason for 3 star is although I am fairly happy with this product, due to using it nearly everyday for 3 months I find myself needing to hunt down replacement stoppers. o and word of warning make sure you can sit central of the seat as it is a little on the lightweight and prone to wobble especially if windy out.
