I ordered one which came with 2 splits in the butt. I was refunded promptly, so I ordered a replacement. The replacement cue was really badly finished around the ferrule and tip. The tip wasn't domed evenly, and the ferrule doesn't even look round and is badly finished, which is very distracting when looking down the cue. It's a shame, as it could have been a really good cue if the quality control in the factory was better.
