Review: Perfect - Very nice lift. Have had my grand Cherokee, X3, and 330i on it so far and no problems at all. The instructions are good, convert the metric to inches and round up to the nearest inch. Measure from back side of the plates and it will set up perfectly. To dial in your lift left and right put some weight on it then let it all the way back down then evenly tighten the cables. I did this by hand going till there was even resistance on both sides repeated a few times and it lifts and locks perfectly even. I did not use the supplied anchors. I went to home Depot and got a box of redhead 3/4 anchors it takes 10 of them so one box will do.

**Q: Will this lift a dually truck right at 10500lbs?**
A: I wouldn't advise it, for your truck you really should have a 14,000 lb lift to be safe, also whenever lifting a truck be sure to put a stabilizing stand under the trailer hitch or rear frame, they can get pretty teetery without it

**Q: What is the minimum amount clearance for ceiling**
A: For most standard lifts you want at least 13' of clearance. Also consider your comfort while working under a vehicle (or buy a shop stool if need be so that you're not crouched under killing your neck & back) 13' to 15' is a general amount of clearance for the vehicle and yourself.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Happy, but incomplete instructions

I got my lift almost nine months ago. I just got around to cutting out the thinner floor in my garage and pouring 10” of new concrete. After giving it sufficient time to cure I scheduled a local business to install it. Once done, they tested it. It went up but didn’t come down. They told me it must be a bad lowering valve, packed up their tools and left me hanging. I wasn’t about to leave it that way, so I used four ratchet straps to pull it down. That took about an hour. After some research, I learned that there was a valve on the pump motor that I could turn CCW to speed up the rate it comes down. Loosened the retaining nut, and used a hex wrench to give two full turns of the adjustment nut/ bolt. Came down nicely with no load and that gives me a starting point to fine tune the descent rate. I hope this helps somebody. Overall very happy now. Four stars for no mention of that in the instructions.
