It depends on if the back of your TV is flat or curved? The mounting brackets that came with the north bayou TV wall mount were flat not curved. The brackets are adjustable to fit different size TVs. I hope that helps. **Q: How do i get it to rotate 3°** A: Dear customer, thank you for the question and interested in our product. There are two screws near the VESA plate, use the tool to adjust the screw then it could be rotaion. Please check the manual. **Q: I have the model F350. I have slackened/ tightened the tension screw but the arm remains locked up and won't move down. Is there a way to unlock it?** A: The tv has to be mounted before adjusting the tension and you reveal the tension screw when forcing the arm down. It starts at maximum tension so it requires quite a few turns if you have a lighter tv, which is most of them. **Q: Got a 55in but only weighs 29 lbs,its too light for the arm to stay down at the lowest tension setting, is there anyway to decrease tension more?** A: Dear customer, thank you for the question and interested in our product. Sorry to say the min weight of the tv need more than 30.8 lbs if want the gas spring tension works. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 100% Satisfied *by S***E on January 5, 2019* I've owned this mount for several months now and was a bit sceptical at first especially trusting it to hold my 45" 4K Samsung above some other pricey items but I couldn't be happier with it. Came with everything needed for instillation (built in bubble level on the face is a huge plus) can adjust the tension just in case your item is heavier or lighter (hasn't lost tension since I installed it) and moving it up, down and side to side is effortless. The only con I would have with this item is the cable claps that go over the cables to hold it to the arm are a bit flimsy and they tend to fall out but that's easy to get around with Velcro ties or even zip ties. Build quality other than that is solid. Doesn't feel like some cheap POS. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beast of a mount! *by A***R on December 9, 2018* Heavy duty mount!!! All of my mounts are gas assist so I was already familiar with this type. I used it to mount a 50” TV that weighs about 35 pounds. This mount is a beast. Super easy install and no issues. I really wish people would do their homework before buying mounts like this so they know how they operate. The bad reviews are people who don’t know how to adjust tension correctly. You have to find the sweet spot on tension where you can lift and lower the TV or monitor and it doesn’t float or sink by itself. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Almost returned this, but... *by A***C on March 4, 2019* I was going to return this because it had way too much tension for my tv, and it was hard to reduce, because there wasn't room to turn the set screw more than 1/4 turn at a time. But then I missed the return window, and re-visited this thing. Despite warnings to not reduce the tension before mounting the tv, that was the way to go - I had to back it way off. Now, however, I am pleased with this mount - there are very few mounts that give a vertical height adjustment, and that's what I needed in this particular situation.
