It is rigid, not stretchy. Has to be cut around curved tub corners but feels very durable. Use rubbing alcohol on an old rag and thoroughly scrub the surfaces you're attaching to before application! Trim corners to match up and you'll have a professional looking installation. Used less than one roll on our shower surround.
