That's all it is, cardboard. I bought this for my husband who is desperate to find an alternative to bread as he has become gluten intolerant. I am angry that his journey has to be so hard and that he is being offered this as a suitable "bread". They also have the cheek to charge Β£3.49 for 6 slices of a hard, horrible tasting lump of stuff I didn't even put out for the birds. I am also angry that Amazon keep reminding me that I bought it and asking if I would like to buy it again.
