Review: Amazing - Absolutely amazing product. It has been in place and survived for years. High temperatures in summer and freezing in winter has not damaged it, even winter with a very thick sheet of ice over the top has not caused it to damage. The plastic rim may undulate given heat but this is normal for most plastic products. It is used as a wildlife pond. No leakage and fantastic value for money as you won’t need another one. Installation was easy, dig the whole wider then the plastic shell and make it deep enough that it will sit nicely. Then use the excess soil to fill down the sides. I used rocks to hide the plastic rim and it looks amazing.
Review: Great quality - Absolutely delighted with the pond, it is sturdy and a lovely design. Created the pond for a Mother’s Day gift and she loves it!

**Q: Is this deep enough for overwintering frogs?**
A: I checked its a little shallow for overwintering unless you have a very sheltered garden pottery plant pot on it side gave them cover

**Q: is this pond deep enough to not freeze during winter?**
A: So far my ponds been fine but even big ponds will ice over if its cold enough. Put a ball that floats in it if it looks like it might ice up the wind will move it around which helps to stop the ice forming.

**Q: is there anything you can buy to make greenary in pond that grows**
A: water lily! search for Lincolnshire pond plants, they have lots for sale :) you'll need aquatic pots, aquatic compost and hessian liners too.

**Q: how long does it take to install for a none experienced gardener**
A: Small pond- took half a day

It's a nice little pond which is ideal for my garden. Easy to install- dig a hole, insert, make sure it's level and you're done. Would have been five stars but I took one away for the shelves. Be aware that these are pretty much useless. I checked and double checked the level - which is spot on, but the plant baskets keep slipping off the shelves, they are just not wide enough for a standard 11cm basket. I'm going to send for some of those soft round pond baskets which I'm hoping I'll be able to 'mould' into the gaps between the shelves while being lifted up to the required height by some stones. If anyone else has had the same problem I'd like to hear if they found another solution.
