The end product is pretty cool. I haven’t seen a bird but this is a window in my closet/office so I’m hoping they’ll find it. Last thing, I also had some reflective film on the window pane and opted to level up so the birds aren’t spooked by me or my cats. The first pic is without the film and the second is with it. The plastic needs to be stronger/thicker. 2. The weather stripping is a bit flimsy. 3. A latch needs to be added to the top where the seed is pored through, as it will pop out with frisky kitties who enjoy sitting on top, thus making it very easy for birds or squirrels to enter into the home or a kitten to escape. I secured it with heavy duty tape.
