    Not Going To Mess Your Meal Up

These are very mild flavored shavings and you would have to basically accidentally dump half of the jar into a dish to completely destroy the dish.  I can eat these truffle shavings straight from the jar and while that lack of pungency may not be ideal it makes me comfortable with using this product.

One of the better truffles, even if they are summer truffles. Lovely flavor and does not leave an unpleasant after taste, like some do.  I will buy again!
