To me it looks like I got sent something that had already been returned, so I refunded it. When it comes to pressurized gasses, there is ABSOLUTELY 0 room for negligence. When negligence comes into place you are risking somebody's life. Luckily I was able to identify the faulty part before i tried to use it and put myself in danger simply because a company would rather make a few bucks instead of making sure the customer is safe. Absolutely pathetic. Avoid at all costs and go with a more expensive regulator. I have gone the cheap regulator route many times and it always breaks with in several years. I truly learned my lesson this time.
