I have been ordering from Amazon since. **Q: Is this the same as cellerate rx activated collagen gel?** A: I think it is not an equivalent. **Q: Can I use it in my face?!** A: I'm not sure to what extent you are considering applying it to your face. It is intended to heal wounds, not to use as a skin treatment over a large area. The label says that it is good to use on superficial wounds, abrasions, and minor burns. That could apply to such a wound on one's face. The difficulty there would be bandaging it since the product is designed to be used under a moistened pad of some kind to provide a moist healing environment. Application to larger wounds, such as diabetic ulcers and wounds related to surgery, needs to be done under a doctor's supervision. **Q: How long does it take this product to dry? i have been using emt gel for a stasis wound near my ankle but it costs about the same for just 1 ounce,** A: Ideally, a hydrogel dressing should not dry; it is intended to maintain a moist healing environment when covered with a moistened gauze or telfa pad. After using this hydrogel for a while, I went back to the medication I had been using, because I saw no improvement in the ulcers on my ankle with this product.
