I will just tell you what i know. I heard a commercial on the radio. It stated that this was the best coffee in the world by a pole. So I bought a bag and gave it to my sister for Christmas 2 years ago. She raved and raved about it and started buying it herself cuz now no other coffee will do. Now I give it as gifts. I've given it to my fiance his mother my daughter and coworkers and everybody says that it's delicious. Sweet and complex, it is a good all-day drinking coffee that, if kept warm, retains its flavor. I really appreciate the unique notes, which it says are apple jam, toffee, and chocolate. I'm not sure my palate is that refined to say I taste all those things exactly, but there is definitely a smooth, subtle sweetness that is bright with no acidity or aftertaste.
