I recently had two sets of guests and both raved about how comfortable the bed was. I've had a feather bed for years and it's been a pain. It compresses a lot. There are lumps and bumps. The feathers shift all over the place, so you end up with nice, fluffy edges and the baffles in the middle end up much flatter. And, I have an 18-year-old cat who likes to be served her breakfast and dinner on my bed - those lumps and bumps meant many spilled dishes of cat foot and lots of laundry.No lumps, no bumps and this is even more comfy than my feather bed because it doesn't compress.
