I'm a 61 year old lady and built these without help except for moving into position once fully built as they are strong and sturdy. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ GREAT VALUE! *by L***. on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 18 August 2020* I was admittedly sceptical about these shelves not being as sturdy as claimed. But I was wrong. These are great shelving units at a decent price. They cleverly and easily fit together using metal tabs. The only fiddly bit is the cross-bar supports, which require the bending of the tabs and then a small screwdriver. These were challenging on the first shelf as I had difficulty getting the screwdriver under the tab in order to lock it into place (with a small bend). But I worked out an approach that may help others. See the attached photo.
