I closed and sealed off the crawl space vents. With that and the vapor barrier down and sealed I tell a big difference in the humidity level, going down. There was some very light mildew on some of the beams, so I mixed 1/2-cup Clorox and water in spray bottle and went through and treated the offending beams. Would highly recommend this product.
