Plus if you get a pocket pushing through from your retum whilst pooping, placing this in to the correct position releases the trapped poop and you will even know when that happens as the tool dips, so you know when theres clearance. Those women who cannot use systemic hormones should ask for vaginal estriol cream from their GP. Device is so simple to use. I was annoyed by one thing. This was developed by the NHS to help women. Great idea, however cost is high for a piece of moulded plastic. I can afford it but many women will hesitate to buy it. Simple to clean, nicely designed. Weird for a product like this?** A: Thank you for your question, the inner MYAID packaging was previously only ever closed but not sealed; whilst the outer brown shipment packaging was and still is shipped sealed. It is used when sitting on the toilet to have the bowels open. After applying lubricant to the paddle end it is inserted into the vagina and gently pushed backwards to re-position the rectocele to allow the stool to pass.
