This product didn't have a review when I purchased it, but I'm glad I took the gamble! It comes with both a headband option and a clip option. It's delivered in a nice hat box, and the quality is really nice. I think I have a fairly average sized head and this piece was just the right size. Color is a true cobalt blue. This year's derby was the rainiest derby in the last 100 years and this fascinator held up extremely well in the rain. Other people's hat/fascinator fell apart from the torrential downpour but this hat did not. It also was small enough to fit under the poncho so I could mostly keep it covered except when the wind blew my poncho hood down. I recommend this for anyone considering to buy it but not wanting to spend a lot of money. I got a lot of compliments on it. I have a very small head so it's hard to find hats that fit. The headband fit well. My friend who has a normal size head bought the same one in gray and it fit her head and she said the headband didn't squeeze. One thing that was disappointing (so I took a star away) was my friend's fascinator (exact same one but a different color) came in a nice box and mine was delivered in a bag.
