I was able to snake a 10-3 with ground through the same conduit as the line in. I attached this box directly under the "L", and ran the cable through a 3/4" romex connector. And connected the other end to a Sq. D 30 amp. breaker. I also installed a Sq. D lockout in the main breaker box, meets code.
