This is a good quality product that is safe for babies and toddlers to eat. I like how fine the rice is and the consistency when it is mixed with formula.This helped my son sleep through the night after he was 6 months old. Then after he was 1 I would give it to him with a fruit in the morning before his afternoon nap. People forget little ones do not have a lot of teeth and soft foods work good for the first 2 years. I give her one in the morning and one before bed time (she is 6 months now) and one feeding of baby food. the rest is formula.
