Review: Comfort For A Small Price - After reading many reviews for many bathtub/shower mats, I chose the Drive Medical Bathtub Mat. So glad I did. It is the perfect fit for my tub. Suction and stability were my major concerns and this bathmat delivered. While it doesn't look fancy as some other mats out there, it makes up for comfort, suction and quality. The larger size works well too. Since my bathtub has been redone, it was hard to find many mats that could stick to the bottom. This has worked from day one and continues to do so. I really like how it feels on my feet. Quality seems to be good, so hopefully it will last. I didn't notice any unusual smell, either. It is easy to clean and while it doesn't have drain holes, hanging it up after each shower to dry will prevent mold/mildew. I would definitely recommend this bathmat.

The first one we had lasted about 10 years before it finally got discolored enough for me to replace it (not the mat's fault - our iron-laden water). It is large enough for our over size (6 ft) tub, it lays flat and sticks firmly to the bottom without slipping. It's comfortable to stand or sit on and is easy to pull up and rinse after use. It's not the cheapest but I went back to the same one because we liked it so much.

**Q: Is this mat usable (non-slip) on vinyl shower pans/tubs because it has worn out texture and slippery from use over the years??????**
A: Personally, this is the first mat I've felt safe with in my fiberglass shower - it doesn't slip sideways, etc. if you step from the side - I love it! Mildow will develop on any tub mat if it's left down and never hung up or cleaned...

**Q: Has anyone else had a problem with very strong odor from this product?**
A: Hi Beth, We have not heard of anyone complain of an odor coming from this product. I'm sorry I cannot be of any assistance in helping to provide information regarding how to eliminate the odor.

**Q: How comfortable is the top of the mat?  My feet are extremely sensitive.**
A: Tho the mat looks bumpy, it is very soft on your feet.  the only trouble I have had is it is quick to mildew between the suckers on the bottom.

**Q: Mine is not a bath tub shower. The drain is in the bottom. Won't this cover the prevent draining?**
A: If your drain is not on the end of your tub, I would look for one that does not cover the drain so the water flows out freely.

After reading many reviews for many bathtub/shower mats, I chose the Drive Medical Bathtub Mat. So glad I did. It is the perfect fit for my tub. Suction and stability were my major concerns and this bathmat delivered. While it doesn't look fancy as some other mats out there, it makes up for comfort, suction and quality.
