Some other reviewers took issue with the clip coming loose, so as soon as I got mine I took the screws out and applied a drop of blue loc-tite to each, hence, no problem. The advertised "glow in the dark" insert on the cap doesn't really glow bright enough to see unless you intentionally hold it up to a light for a few seconds, but that was not an issue for me. In the event that this pen was to ever be used as a weapon, the crown would be capable of doing a great deal of superficial damage as the rim is jagged, almost serrated. Of course the writing end could always be used as a stabbing weapon.
