Temevo di restare delusa in quanto le singole barrette non sono molto grandi però già alla fine della prima, oltre al gusto piacevole del fondente che veramente è intenso, mi sentivo sazia ed appagata. Per il controllo del peso basta sostituire un pasto con 2 di queste barrette ( la confezione comprende 6 pasti sostitutivi ) invece per chi ha necessità di dimagrire è consigliabile la sostituzione di 2 pasti. Io uso per la colazione lo smoothie Pesoforma al gusto vaniglia che è molto versatile e si può usare al naturale o aggiungendo caffè, orzo o cacao a seconda dei gusti, per il pranzo invece le barrette fondente intenso oppure lo smoothie banana e fragola. Ho anche ordinato le barrette al caramello ma devono ancora arrivare.
