If you are used to a dairy or non-dairy liquid creamer with some flavor but with just a few calories, stick with that. The few calories you'll save by going with this one is not worth the poor non-cream like flavor and the expense ($12+ for two small bottles). If this is the only option your body can handle or you choose to put in your body, you will need to acquire a taste for it.
