Scans were incomplete and inaccurate. Tracking often failed, and the anti-shake feature didn’t help. Face scanning worked somewhat, but it had major issues capturing hair. The software interface is confusing and not intuitive at all. When I returned it because it didn’t perform as advertised, $53.85 was deducted from my refund. Losing over $50 for returning a product that didn’t work properly is unacceptable. I do not recommend this scanner.
