    Nice bag but a few issues

My son is happy with his bag and its agood size for taking packed lunch to holiday club. However after using it once the looped strap at the top, (where you can hang it on a hook) came away. Also the straps are made in a way that they easily slide out of the plastic loop (I've attached a pic of what I mean) so I've had to knot the ends to prevent this
