I loved her first book, Seriously Delish, but this one is over the top! The Pretty Dish is pretty! In fact, its gorgeous. Jessica's photos are always amazing on her blog but they are seriously out of this world in the book. The recipes are fantastic. Nothing is overly fancy with obscure ingredients that you would only use once and then forget about. I have already made so many of the dishes like the almond crusted french toast, the french onion grilled cheese (OMG!!), the carnitas bowls, pizza gnocchi, the coconut carrot soup (my new favorite soup!), and many more! Most of the recipes can be made in under 45 minutes which is great for busy evenings during the week. There is a cocktail chapter, a chapter with party party ideas and playlists. Seriously - she was able to pack so much into one amazing book. Jessica's personality and authenticity shine through in every page.
