It's just about small enough to carry as cabin luggage, providing it's well packed down. I didn't get the chance to test its water-resistance, however, once the bag is rolled tightly and the clip closed, it's hard to imagine water penetrating through.It's light, durable, comfortable to carry, and – at less than £20 – superb value.
