I tend to buy this when it pops up on offer as it's very good value. Ive compared prices to that on here and local garden centres and desertcart can't be beaten currently. It's a nice plant base, the mix is of equal consistency, no massive lumps of bark or goodness knows what. The texture is light and crumbly as I imagine a good compost to be. I find it takes water in well and doesn't clump.up in the pot which harms the plants. Plants seem happy enough, there hasn't been any real growth as yet but there definitely hasn't been any deterioration after repotting either so it's a win for me. Zero gnats or eggs within the mix which I have found from compost bought in garden centres. Very easy to use, bag is very easy to handle and not overly heavy thanks to its handy size. I will be purchasing many more in the future.
