The photo of tools box show the regulators color dials all other photos of dials are black frame rubber which is it ?** A: I understand him perfectly also. He's referring to the rubber protection caps (black) in the first photo. The second photo is without the caps in place, showing the red and green colors. The kit comes with the black rubber caps installed. **Q: Why is the acetylene tank dot stamped and not the oxygen tank?** A: Don’t know but I would call amazon and demand they send you the right tank or you cannot exchange them at a store and you will have to buy one and they are not cheap **Q: Can this be used to reshape metal?** A: I would assume with the right wording tip **Q: I received this item today and the regulator gauge was badly damaged. Works just fine. Word of caution though. If you are going to exchange the empty bottle for full ones a word of warning. These bottles were not the same manufacturer as the ones carried by Tractor Supply so they would not take them, even though the bottles are DOT certified. So you might want to find a welding supply close that can refill them.
