I should get commission. Literally, six of my friends have purchased as a result of me! Lets be honest...its a knock off of a more expensive name brand one. It works awesome however...check out the pics.. I have it on a weber summit over 4 burners. I was even experimenting with my smoker box putting wood smoke flavor into the pizza. Few negatives: No instructions whatsoever. I don't use the included thermo as it sticks down into the oven and I thought it would be in the way. I have a handheld laser type. It easily gets over 700 degrees (I found 650 the magic number)! People say their cover warped, Mine did not. I put the cover in the grill first and heated it a few minutes on medium then slid the stone in and turned up the heat. Pizza cooks in 3-4 minutes. You have to rotate every minute or so. Everything I have read elsewhere says do not wash the stone with soap as it porous and will abosorb soap and your pizza will taste like soap. Other than that. WOW I LOVE IT. My guests were blown away. Send me a new (Clean) one and I will make a video and help you write a manual to promote it. This is a great compromise to get similar results to an Ooni. The instructions state this should be used with the grill hood open, but I've found the best approach is to have the grill hood down and all of the burners on low for at least 30 minute for the stone to get hot enough (Weber Genesis 3 burner). This kit produces pizza with a crispy crust on the bottom and the heat from the steel hood does an awesome job on the top of the pizza. I noticed other reviews calling out the sturdiness of the hood with it warping in the heat, but I've had no issues with that. It appears to be well built and not too heavy and cumbersome. It does build up quite a bit of heat needed to cook a pizza. The only complaint I have is with the temperature gauge. Once the oven goes above 500, the window begins to form this brownish tint and there doesn’t appear to be any way to clean it.
