My inquiry was responded to quickly and politely that it would be no problem - and then to my surprise I was informed that all I needed to do was place my order and the customization would already be arranged. That willingness to do the extra work (of looking out for my order and attaching the customization to it, so that I wouldn't have to do so again) sealed the deal for me on purchasing from this artisan. I am extremely pleased with it! Unlike what I would have assumed prior to visiting this artisan's page, this hand blown glass is *not* delicate and flimsy, nor is it inconsistent in thickness (showing experience, talent and quality in the craft). Yet even thicker than I expected, the beauty of hand-blown glass is evident - this is not a crystal clear characterless tube I would have gotten from a factory-made pack. It shimmers and has personality, even at a mere 3" length! I can not begin to imagine how beautiful the colored glass straws must be.Although there was a misunderstanding with my order (I had requested a pair of 3" be made from the 6", and it was misunderstood to be a request for one), as soon as I received my order (faster than estimated) and saw that it was incomplete, I contacted the seller and the oversight was immediately, professionally, and politely corrected.
