I had it fitted in my garage as we are not technically minded, I had left in box and the only problem we had was the memory card had been put in the camera ready for use, but unfortunately it has been pushed in at an angle and had snapped, they had to get it out with small tweezers but managed with no damage to camera, but it was already snapped in two from inserting in wrong way. I contacted desertcart about it, the camera was perfect all I wanted was new card everything else was fine, The person I spoke to was more than accommodating, they offered me a discount to buy card we both looked on the site and I found one which I thought was the same, and it had been sent no problem, the only problem I hadn't realised it was a Micro card and I have a card for a computer which is no good for the camera, to be fair not knowing what I was ordering the actual info on the camera didn't specify what type of card to get, so had to pop out yesterday and buy one from local high street, which obviously cost double. I can't fault Amamzon's representative they did all they could to put it right, obviously like me they were not technically minded either or they would have know I had the wrong card.
