I bought this for my mom for Christmas, so Dec 2018.  Here it is, almost May 2019 and she just said that the letters are wearing off.  Sorry but under 5 months of us?  No bueno.  I asked her how she washes it.  She said with a soft rag, doesn't use scrubby pad and she doesn't have a dishwasher.
