Any hobby shop glue gun and glue sticks will do. It is imperative that the glue be HOT so you will need to wait a while before the glue gets sufficiently hot. Apply the hot glue onto the glue tab and then stick the tab onto the car dent that you are trying to repair. Wait a few minutes and then use the "Dent Lifter" to attempt to pop the dent. If the glue isn't hot enough the tab will just pop off the car and you need to scrap off the dried glue from the tab and try again. If the glue is hot enough, you will get a solid bond. The screw on the dent lifter tool is not easy to turn. Unless you are experienced, the dent repair will most likely not be perfect but it will be an improvement.
