The construction is top-notch for the price. I've had others for wok cooking but this is the best built model I've had. It's made of steel not cast-iron so that's an improvement over past versions I have had. The only complaint I have about it is that the sides are not covered and so a lot of heat shoots out the side. So much heat that they should provide a longer hose so that your tank can be further away. I have taken to placing bricks on their side around the unit so that it does not damage my utensils or melt my bottles or singe my arm hairs. This is not a perfect solution because this thing consumes a lot of oxygen and the sides are where that oxygen comes from. I haven't decided on my ultimate solution, it will take a little bit of fiddling and testing but I'm sure I can come up with something. It provides all the heat you need for proper wok cooking and is a well built and stable unit. So it gets a five from me. Review: Impressive! - Amazing unit!
