AbsolutelyIs the groove where you put the phone deep enough for stability? NoDoes the base weigh enough to hold the phone upright? NoDo the internal openings line up so that you can listen and charge at the same time? Yes, it does make the sound louder, but, man, is it ever tinny sounding! The other thing I didn't like is that while the picture shows that the phone is sitting at a slight angle, the stand I received, did not allow my iPhone to sit at an angle and it was sitting straight up, which made it hard for me to see the screen. I use an app at night while brushing my teeth and need to be able to look at the screen, this did not allow me to do so. Handy little luxury for a busy mom. Be nice to throw in a back pack for camping too. No power needed speaker. Just wish they made one that would accommodate a phone inside a case!
