They work great and I don't feel like they will snap on me. They feel well made and give great resistance for stretching or working out. I'd rather buy once and not worry than buy something cheap and have it possibly injure me from being made from cheap materials and snapping. These bands + TRX Grip It Kit + Muscle Kik Wall Anchors = A $8,000 Free Motion / Dual Cable Cross Machine (at a substantially lower price in dollars and square feet). While maybe a bit pricier than some other bands, I’m happy with the quality & value.
