We now have a scooter boy without a scooter - he is a competent scooter and the scooter had been well looked after. I know nothing about customer rights or trading standards but I know that the scooter should last longer than 8 months and the handle shouldn't snap off. Would not buy anything from Rampworx again. Simply needed them to show some ownership, replace the handlebars and simply show some customer care. Review: good quality, very light. I purchased this for my 11 year old son.
