I have now owned it for nine months, and I am very pleased with it. It appears good quality, and it fits my pillow-top double mattress perfectly (with some stretch to spare on the skirt). After washing (as recommended before first use), it makes very little noise as I move around. I have now used it through a summer and a winter, and it has proven comfortable throughout. I have found it cooler than the old one (I cannot remember the brand now), and I subjectively feel I am sleeping better. I have not spilled anything on it yet, so I cannot comment on how well it protects the mattress. Overall, I consider it good value for money. My only wish is that this company also made a matching duvet protector! Review: Good fit - Excellent! Good fit and washed well. ## Features - FOR ALLERGY SUFFERERS & SENSITIVE SLEEPERS – Create a cleaner, healthier sleep space by helping block dust mites, allergens, and bacteria, so you can breathe easier and wake up feeling refreshed. - SINGLE WATERPROOF MATTRESS PROTECTOR – Featuring a hidden waterproof TPU membrane, this waterproof single mattress protector fitted keeps your mattress safe from spills, sweat, bedwetting, and accidents - without any of the crinkly noise associated with plastic covers. - SINGLE BED MATTRESS PROTECTOR – Measuring 90x190cm, this single bed mattress protector waterproof fits most UK single mattresses. Good fit and washed well. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bought another ... *by T***Y on 30 November 2025* Okay, so the whole product is not 100% bamboo (only the facing is - the backing is nylon and the trim is polyester), and it's on the thin side, but it fits very well and feels supremely soft to the touch ... There is a slight crinkle, but it's not noisy once you put the bottom sheet over it ... It's cool to the touch and, importantly given the synthetic backing, it doesn't get hot and sweaty at night ... Was impressed enough to buy another .. ## Frequently Bought Together - Single Waterproof Mattress Protector 90x190cm – Soft Breathable Fitted Cover – 100% Bamboo Single Bed Mattress Protector with Deep Skirt – Hypoallergenic Quiet Sheet for Everyday Bedding - Pillow Protectors 2 Pack 48x74cm – 100% Bamboo, Triple Layer with Zip, Waterproof Pillow Protectors – Soft Breathable, Hypoallergenic & Noiseless --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.kw/products/61028115-single-waterproof-mattress-protector-90x190cm-100-bamboo](https://www.desertcart.com.kw/products/61028115-single-waterproof-mattress-protector-90x190cm-100-bamboo) --- *Product available on Desertcart Kuwait* *Store origin: KW* *Last updated: 2026-11-03*
